Aprimo offers a Connector with Float where all work assigned via Aprimo Productivity Management is reflected immediately in Float – this includes the user assigned, the project, and the task. Float then offers centralized resource management by combining people and projects into a live timeline.
Since true resource capacity is often impacted by conditions typically managed outside of a Content Operations system (team meetings, strategy planning, ongoing education, training, time off, holidays, etc.), it’s recommended to leverage a solution that can reflect what is happening directly in Aprimo as well as other conditions from across your enterprise.
Any Aprimo user who uses Float can also benefit from the multitude of capabilities inherent to Float, such as PTO and flexible schedule management, time tracking, external billing, and robust capacity reports.
